Chris Leavitt of Million Dollar Listing is addicted to fillers, pampering himself and beauty treatments. Chris is over the top and reminds me of Carson Kressley. Is that a compliment or an insult? Leavitt is old money and grew up in Boston where he helped his parents select and purchase investment properties in Boston, New York City and Palm Beach.
Chris works at Douglas Elliman, surprise, and his interest in real estate began when he was a teenager. Chris interned at one of the top real estate companies in Palm Beach when he was only 17 years old. Is that why he's so cocky?
Chris doesn't only sell properties in Miami, although he is featured on the show. He also does real estate for NYC. Leavitt sold a Miami Beach triplex penthouse for $34 million, breaking records in the entire state of Florida. Chris' deal is the largest condominium sale and the highest-priced dollar per square foot for an individual condominium. We can't wait to see what it looks like! Chris' sales for last year topped $120 million.
Something tells me that Chris is going to be the reasons tune in or tune out to
Bravo's new real estate show.
