EJ Johnson: BIO of Magic Johnson's Gay Son, Reality Star

Earvin Johnson II, aka EJ Johnson, is Magic Johnson's over the top gay son who stars on The Rich Kids of Beverly Hills. EJ is an Event Management and Design major at New York University.

EJ is 21 years old and he has a boyfriend. EJ is on the reality show because he's close with Dorothy Wang, the beautiful Chinese real estate star in the making.

EJ came out of the closet, in the media at least, the other year. Was he ever in the closet? EJ makes Elton John look straight. He is the total stereotypical gay guy, except when it comes to his physique. EJ is very tall and very overweight, but give him time! I expect EJ to slow down. Lord knows he has the budget to afford the best chefs, trainers and nutritionists alive.

EJ's father Magic fully supports his gay son and has vowed to love him "until the end." Magic also believes that his son could become a huge star. We don't doubt that. EJ is funny, obnoxious, flaming and wealthy. He'll go places. He's also obsessed with fashion and wants to be a positive role model for gay youth.

Because he attends a university on the East Coast, EJ does not appear on every episode of the series. He is a fashionista in the making and has appeared on Fashion police. He usually wears black, because it's slimming, and carries and handbag, scarves and other fierce accessories to get your attention off of his weight.

He's amusing, even though he tries to be. I really look forward to watching more of him on season 2 of Rich Kids. My favorite EJ line is when he said "Somebody cut me a check!" after witnessing an argument between Morgan Stewart and Dorothy Wang.
