Adam Driver was born on November 19, 1983 in San Diego. Adam Driver's height is 6'3 and he plays a character that shares his real first name on HBO's train wreck series, Girls. Driver is a former marine with a booming acting career. Driver is a very convincing actor with a unique nasally voice and even more distinctive face.
Born into a religious family, Driver sang in his church's choir. While attending Mishawka High School, he appeared in several school plays and was an accomplished singer in the Mishwaka school's choir.
The 30 year-old hottie not only has a passion for acting but also served in the U.S. Marine Corps (how fitting for this patriotic month!) for 2 years and 8 months. Adam enlisted shortly after the September 11 attacks. He was injured during a training exercise and was discharged from serving before he could be deployed to Iraq.
After leaving the Marines, Adam was smart enough to get into the University of Indianapolis for a year and talented enough to be able to transfer to one of the most respected, if not the most respected, art schools in the country - Julliard. Adam studied drama while he was in school and it has clearly paid off!
Driver achieved the rank of Lance Corporal. Driver’s passion for all things acting began in high school and were later on nurtured by the high-strung city of New York following his high school graduation. He made quick appearances in many shows both on and off Broadway. Adam quickly adapted to the New York lifestyle and scraped by on earnings from various restaurant jobs.
Although his schedule was jam-packed with hundreds of onstage shows, he also chose to brave the movie scene and became known for such roles as Al Cody in the touching hit movie “Inside Llewyn Davis”. Driver furthered his career in the two years following the release of “Inside Llewyn Davis” with significant roles in “Frances Ha” (2012), and “Tracks” (2013).
Adam, cast as Rick Smolan for “Tracks” did not disappoint and those steamy kissing scenes didn’t leave anything to be desired! Ladies, here comes the news you’ve been dreading so feel free to look away… Driver is currently married to the beautiful and talented Joanne Tucker. This happened a bit ago though so our tears have had a bit of time to dry since. The couple celebrated their big day on June 22, 2013.
