Chad has a beautiful longtime girlfriend, Jen Stone, whom he walked the red carpet with at Bravo's premiere party. Jen  is a local television lifestyle host and personality who frequently assists Chad with marketing his listings.

He was born in Ohio where he was raised by a family of doctors. No pressure. He moved to Miami to tackle its lucrative, competitive real estate market and thus far the move was a smart decision.
